    PAYMENT OPTIONS
    Credit Cards through website merchant account through BluePay, or PayPal to US destinations, or by mail to:  WingWorks, PO Box 367, Hailey, ID, 83333.  Currently all international orders for WingWorks vests are by email or phone order.

    SHIPPING AND RETURNS
    Item to be shipped within 2-5 days of verified payment. Upon receipt of item, buyer has 7 days to contact seller or return merchandise in original condition within 14 days unless other arrangements are made. On international orders to other than Canada, contact us about shipping and we will email you with actual shipping charges. Shipping and insurance is $15 for USPS and FedEx Ground on all continental US orders, with 6% sales tax to Idaho addresses. WingWorks’ ground shipping address is 115 W. Bullion St., Hailey, ID, 83333, US Postal at PO Box 367, Hailey, ID, 83333.

    SERVICE TRANSIT TIME
    1 to 6 business days with ground shipping is typical.

    Seller is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

    WARRANTY
    Follow the fitting instructions enclosed. If not satisfied, contact us and return in original condition within 14 days for a full refund. WingWorks warranties all products two years against manufacturer’s defects. Beyond this we will repair or replace damaged goods for a reasonable price, plus shipping, at manufacturer’s discretion. Please call or email before returning items on warranty issues.
